I bring decades of experience, leadership, and dedication to the real estate profession. My career began in franchise sales and evolved into brokerage leadership, including serving as a Broker/Vice President for a major multi-office real estate company in Jacksonville. Today, I continue to serve customers through Great Expectations Realty.

In addition to working with buyers and sellers, I’m passionate about education and mentorship. As a licensed real estate instructor, auctioneer, and former mortgage professional, I’ve had the privilege of helping launch and guide the careers of thousands of real estate professionals. I hold the prestigious CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager) designation from the Real Estate Business Institute, along with the RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert) certification.

I’m proud to be actively involved in our local real estate community. I have served on the Board of Directors for the St. Johns County Board of Realtors for several years, including roles as Secretary and Treasurer, and I am currently serving as President-Elect. This leadership experience allows me to stay at the forefront of industry changes and better serve both my customers and fellow Realtors®.

As a longtime Florida resident, I’ve called St. Augustine home for many years. My wife, Beth, and I work together in real estate and stay actively involved in community and charitable organizations. I am also a member of the Sons of the American Revolution (SAR) and the Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War (SUVCW), reflecting my strong interest in American history and preservation.

I believe in a customer-first approach and am committed to helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate process with confidence while building lasting relationships along the way.
