Downtown Resident Parking Discount
St. Johns County residents who register through the City of St. Augustine resident parking program receive reduced rates at participating city-managed parking locations.

How to Register
1. Visit ParkStAugOpen the ParkStAug website and select the Resident Discount option. |
2. Register Your VehicleEnter the license plate information for the vehicle or vehicles you want associated with the resident account. |
3. Provide DocumentationBe prepared to provide a driver’s license, vehicle registration and proof of St. Johns County residency. |
4. Wait for ApprovalOnce approved, the discount is connected to the registered license plate. Processing may take up to 14 business days. |
How the Parking Discount Works
At city-managed parking kiosks, enter the registered license plate number to receive the discounted rate.
At the Historic Downtown Parking Facility, the electronic license-plate reader recognizes an approved registered vehicle and applies the resident rate.
The ParkStAug mobile app can be used to pay and manage parking sessions, but a smartphone or the app is not required to register for the resident discount.

Attractions, museums, tours, restaurants and local businesses may offer discounts or seasonal promotions for St. Johns County residents and Florida residents.
